Shipping Policy

          UPS & USPS

          If not specified, we basically use UPS for transportation and delivery of the clients’ shipment. A little of handling charge would be applied to the clients’ shipment to cover the cost on packaging and labor.      

          Risk of Loss 
All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

 

Return Policy

Please contact us first for any item/Price disagreement. Return Items must be authorized by us within 14 days after purchase. All the returns must be in the original condition. If accepted after 14 days, 20% re-stocking fee should be applied.

In the wholesale trading business, everything is sold by bulk at a considerable low price. Therefore, the defect allowance of a wholesale invoice (in bulk) is 5% in the industry standard.   In other words, if there is one or two pairs defected in an invoice is allowed, we would not credit for a small defect.

 

1).However, if we know that an item has a manufacture defect, NOT just accidentally one or two pairs damaged, we will gladly give a credit. 

 

2).The claim for credit must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date (it’s ok to be a little late, but not more than one month) and no return of defected product will be accepted without salespeople’s authorization.

 

3). We don’t take back the mixed pairs of glasses purchased long ago, either defected or wear-and-tear.  If a full dozen of non-defect glasses returned, there is a 20% restocking fee.  It meant, we only give 80% credit.
