1. Order & Payment
- Texsun mainly serves the retail and wholesale business with the bulk items. Therefore, to get the wholesale price, the clients’ order amount must be over $100 each time while the min. order unit is one dozen per style.
- Texsun only accepts Visa, Master and Discover cards but not American Express. No Check or Money Order accepted. No delay payment allowed.
- Due to PCI requirement and our limited IT security ability, Texsun shall not store the clients’ credit card information in the database and not be legally responsible of the disclosure of the credit card and other information sent by its clients in any ways although Texsun always protects the private information from being hacked at its full effort.
2. Resale
Permit
All “First Time” Texas customers will need to submit a copy of their
Texas resale permit to be kept on file with us. If you are without a
Texas one we will not be able to release any merchandise to you except you
purchase our items as a retail customer paying the sales Tax.
All customers outside of Texas that wish to drop ship inside Texas
will also need to submit a copy of the Texas resale permit for the address that
the package needs to go to.
Due to the status of our business here in Texas we are required by
Texas resale law to request for this information. To learn how to obtain a
permit, you may visit your State Comptroller’s office to learn more. Thank you
